The libraries are currently operating under Red COVID protection level
• Face coverings are mandatory if you are over 12 years of age
• Please maintain at least 1 metre distance between your group and others
• Please do not visit if you are unwell
Vaccine Passes
Vaccine passes were introduced at council offices, facilities and venues in January 2022, following the shift to Red in the Covid-19 Protection Framework (the traffic light system). However, as New Zealand has shifted away from an elimination strategy and eased a number of restrictions, Council opted to remove the requirement for My Vaccine Pass from 14 March 2022.
Opening hours
