A very Happy New Year to you all. We hope you had a relaxing break over the holidays.
The first get-together of Te Aroha Library's book club in 2018, is on Friday February 2nd . The topic, as you may remember, is ‘Islands’: either a book about an island (or islands), or one with the word ‘island’ in the title. There’s still time to come and find a book - and we do have a list of ‘possibles’ in the book group box, if you’re stuck!
See you at 4pm in Te Aroha Library : )
Don' miss out on your summer reading, here's our opening hours for the holiday period.
We hope everyone enjoyed our final meeting for 2017, discussing our forays into alternative realities.
Now we’re heading into holidays. Cue massive tomes by Ken Follett, Jackie Collins etc, and long luxurious afternoons in the shade with a cold drink. Bliss! OR… you could get a head-start on your reading for the first meeting of 2018, which will be at Te Aroha Library, 4pm on 2nd February next year! The topic for this will be ‘Islands’: choose any book about islands, or with the word ‘island/s’ in the title. There is a handy suggestion list of possible reads at Te Aroha Library, sitting in the Book Group Bucket J
However you choose to spend the summer break, we wish you a very happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
